If you are in need of some dedicated time out to focus on your pregnancy, then my relaxation sessions are for you. Join my 5 star rated 6 week course of guided relaxation, connection, practical birth basics and self-care with other Mama’s-to-be like you. This course is suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

Come and take some precious time out of your week to sit in our pregnancy circle and connect with your baby in a calm space with no other distractions. Join us for a cuppa on the mat in your comfies, where we will have a weekly topic to discuss and learn some practical birth basics for preparing for a positive birth. We’ll enjoy mindful breathing exercises that can be used in pregnancy and labour, and unwind deeply with a gorgeous guided relaxation to finish.

The Benefits…

Pregnancy Relaxation has many benefits, including calming your nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety, regulating your hormones, practicing relaxation for birth, improving sleep and calming and connecting with your baby.

Making connections in pregnancy is so important for your wellbeing as a new mum. From personal experience I know that meeting others going through the same ups and downs as you is a vital part of your motherhood journey, and these sessions are a lovely way to meet other local Mamas-to-be.

Pregnancy Relaxation classes cost £72 for the full 6 week course.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pregnancy Relaxation is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Lots of women choose to wait until they are into their second trimester, but you are welcome at any stage. Some women choose to book this for when they are in their third trimester as something to look forward to, and to get their mindset in a great place towards the end of pregnancy.
We do discuss preparing for birth, but (in my opinion) it is never too early to start having these conversations in pregnancy!

No, Pregnancy Relaxation is a class just for the Mama’s! This makes it a really brilliant way to meet other local mums-to-be, all while learning lovely relaxation techniques for pregnancy and birth.

I provide mats, refreshments and cosy vibes. You just need to bring a water bottle and your pregnancy pillow (or other pillows) to support you when laying on the mat. Although we won’t be doing any movement (strictly relaxation), please wear comfy clothes. Once you have booked on I will send you these reminders.

Although I do touch on some Hypnobirthing principles, these sessions are very different to my full Birth Preparation classes. Our focus here is on relaxation and connection. I would always encourage parents-to-be to join comprehensive Antenatal classes alongside if possible, to ensure you and your birth partner are both as informed and prepared as possible ahead of labour and birth. You can find out more about my Antenatal classes here.

“The sessions were a great way to practice some of the techniques which have already been so useful! Mollie took the time to check in with each of us before we discussed a helpful birthing topic and then enjoyed a wonderful relaxation session.”
